VACUUM UNIT FOR CLEANING PROCESS

The standard VACMASTER from Kroma is a vacuum unit that can be used for a number of purposes. First of all, it fits well as a vacuum unit for gutting and filling machines and can be used in the cleaning process after production. The VACMASTER can also be used in smaller Kroma cleaning systems, where there are multiple pickup points of waste. Kroma A/S has developed waste handling systems to ensure profitable and hygienic production where waste is automatically removed from processing areas. With a waste handling system, waste can be delivered in waste containers with cooling, external waste bin, or block freezers.

There is a control integrated into the VACMASTER, taking care of the running conditions of the vacuum pump. The control measures the water level for the pump and opens the inlet if the level is too low. The control also measures the water temperature to ensure the correct water temperature for the pump.

It can be equipped with an automatic emptying system that continuously empties the waste container maintaining a full vacuum on the system. The VACMASTER can also be designed for use in marine processing areas. This requires a special pump and control unit, but I can use seawater as processing water.
