GUTMASTER 8000

THE PERFECT GUTTING MACHINE FOR FISH BETWEEN 2-8 KILO

GUTMASTER 8000 is designed to process fish with a weight of 2 to 8 kg, but can also be configured to process larger fish, with a weight of up to 10 to 12 kg, depending on fish species. The machine is equipped with an automatic feed mechanism that ensures uniform processing of all fish that pass through.

Just like several of our other machines, GUTMASTER 8000 is also available in a roe version, which makes it possible to automatically process the fish and simultaneously collect roe from inside the fish manually. This safeguards a steady good quality of the roe that comes out of the fish.

The machine comes with an integrated automated head cutter, which allows incorporation into salmon processing lines using “Direct filleting”.
In addition to the head cutter, the machine can be supplied with a number of other optional accessories.
