Kroma has been working with roe fish for many decennia and has therefore wide experience in equipment from this industrial sector.
We manufacture sieves and carts on which these sieves can be drained. Draining is realised without any dripping down into the sieve.
The sieves are available with the desired hole size depending on which type of roe you work with.
Our customers for cart and sieves do normally use our mixers to separete the roe from the roesack. |
