”KRG 30-06 is the ideal machine for the small-scale producer of large fish”
KRG 30-06 is a production line where the operator is in charge of processing the fish further. The bowls are designed to allow handling of fish that weighs between 1.5 and 8kg. The bowls are also suitable for processing various fish types.
The production line is equipped with a cleaning station at the end of the production line, so that all fish is ready for further processing or packaging as soon as it reaches the end of the production line.
As an accessory you can order vacuuming equipment for removal of unwanted waste from the production line.
The footprints of KRG 30-06 and GUTMASTER 8000 are identical, so you can easily switch to an automatic gutting machine if your production changes at a certain point in time. |
